Uygulama, verilerinizi işlemek veya özellik sunmak için Yapay Zeka (AI) teknolojileri kullanmamaktadır.
Yalnızca toplu ve anonimleştirilmiş veriler, Hizmet Sağlayıcı'nın Uygulamasını ve hizmetini geliştirmesine yardımcı olmak için periyodik olarak harici hizmetlere iletilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, bilgilerinizi bu gizlilik beyanında açıklanan şekillerde üçüncü taraflarla paylaşabilir.

Hizmet Sağlayıcı, geçerli yasaları ihlal edecek şekilde, 16 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan veya geçerli yasalar kapsamında daha yüksek bir dijital rıza yaşı belirlenen durumlarda kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgileri bilerek toplamaz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı'nın bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi sağladığını tespit etmesi durumunda, bu bilgiler sunucularından derhal silinecektir. The Application uses a content moderation system to review reported content and enforce community guidelines. If a moderation decision is taken against your account or content (such as a warning, restriction, or ban), you have the right to appeal that decision within 7 days of being notified. Moderation-related records (reports, moderation actions, and appeal decisions) are retained for 1 year to support consistent enforcement and to handle any subsequent appeals or disputes.
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or where a higher age of digital consent is established under applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains. For example, access is limited to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information to operate, develop, or improve the Application. However, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, the Service Provider will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by applicable law.
